Space for Art opened



Societe Generale Banka Montenegro opened today its "Art Space" with the exhibition of artist Milena Zivkovic in Headquarters of the Bank. This first of three exhibitions is part of a project to support young artists. With this project, the Bank joins to global activities of Citizen Commitment Time within the Societe Generale Group.

Citizen Commitment Time is traditionally filled with humanitarian and volunteer activities of employees in the Group. This year, solidarity activities are focused on education and inclusion through support of sports and cultural activities.

The project "Art Space" is intended for young visual artists in order to affirm their new ideas and support them in further creative work. Three exhibitions during following summer months are also an invitation to young artists to take advantage of the space and present their work.

The Bank will strive to support the promotion of artists and sales exhibition through its channels of communication corporate profiles on social networks Facebook and Twitter.

Milena Živković is an artist who opened this project with her works. She represent herself with the cycle of paintings "SPACE", a collage technique, acrylic on canvas.
She graduated in the class of Professor Anka Burić and has Master's degree at the Academy of Fine Arts in Cetinje. She has exhibited in numerous exhibitions at home and abroad, she is member of Association of artists of Montenegro, one of the founders of mural studio “Žižo”, the first mural studio in Montenegro. She is the winner of the annual Award for the Graphic, Faculty of Arts in Cetinje.
